Just receive news today of a friend passing away. A young guy. The last time I spoke to him was he was telling me he wanted to complete his run. He was near the ending point but I told him he can run another day. I brought him to the side to rest supported by medical staff. We evacuate him to doctor followed by hospital. My sadness is to lost a young life with a bright future.. I ask myself now on that fatefull day should I have let him complete his run… at least he may have fufill his last wish.. sigh.. sigh…

life is so fragile… u wont know who is next…
so dun waste ur life easily… treasure every single precious moment with ur family and loves one…
