Swimming is a terrific way to tone your body and get in shape with little stress on the joints. It is definitely a perfect exercise for any age, whether you are a kid or adult, the only gears you need would be a swimsuit and goggle.

For weight-watchers out there, you can also lose weight and attain a shapely figure by taking up swimming!

In Singapore, it would definitely be a shame if you don’t know how to swim as we are all living on an island surrounded with water. There are many recent cases of people drowning and one of the reasons is they do not know how to swim!

Being a sports enthusiast – both a runner and swimmer, I have been enjoying teaching swimming in Singapore.  I have many years of experiences in teaching swimming and have taught people ranging from kids to youths and adults on how to swim.

My charges are reasonable and I teach in public pools and private pools (condo) too.
